**Returns**

Can I return my order? Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving them.

In such cases, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order includes all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product arrived.
2. Normal use of the product is visible; damage caused by improper use is excluded.
3. Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
4. The product was immediately reported as defective upon receipt.
5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
6. The return will be processed within 7 business days and, if conditions are met, will be officially accepted within this period.

*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items were used or damaged due to our fault.*

**How can I return my order?**

If your order meets the above conditions, please take the following steps to start the return process:

1) Send an email to: info@novystyle.com
2) Make sure the email includes:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product in case of damage
- Customer's full name
- Customer's address

We will then contact you and provide the return address.
Please do not send returns to the sender's address. We will provide you with the correct address after receiving your request. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product.

**CANCELLATION INFORMATION**

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions, where a consumer is any natural person who performs a legal act not directly related to their business or profession:

A. CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, who is not the carrier, received the last item.
Since we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process until delivery, so returns after receiving the goods are not possible.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Styl Nowy) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email). The right of withdrawal is exercised when we receive the goods. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

Information for shipments in transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation of the order is not possible. Please wait to receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you may inform us earlier of your intention to withdraw from the contract.
To ensure the fastest possible return, please send proof of shipment.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received your withdrawal decision and the goods. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees related to this refund.
