**ONLINE MARKETING**
**10.1 DoubleClick by Google**
This website
uses the marketing tool DoubleClick by Google, managed by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("DoubleClick").
DoubleClick uses cookies to display ads relevant to users, improve campaign performance reports, or prevent the same ads from being shown repeatedly. Using a cookie identifier, Google records which ads are shown in which browser and can prevent them from being displayed multiple times. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in optimally promoting our website in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Additionally, DoubleClick can use cookie identifiers to record so-called conversions related to advertising queries. This occurs when a user sees a DoubleClick ad and then visits the advertiser's site in the same browser and makes a purchase. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain personal data.
Due to the marketing tools used, the browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of data collected by Google within this tool, so we inform you according to our knowledge: By enabling DoubleClick, Google receives information that you visited the relevant part of our website or clicked on our advertisement. If you are registered with Google, Google may assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or not logged in, it is possible that the provider obtains and stores your IP address.
If you do not want to participate in this tracking process, you can deactivate conversion tracking cookies by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com, [https://www.google.de/settings/ads](https://www.google.de/settings/ads). This setting will be removed when you delete cookies. Alternatively, you can review cookie settings on the Digital Advertising Alliance website at www.aboutads.info and adjust settings. Finally, you can set your browser to notify you about cookie settings and decide whether to accept them or exclude cookie acceptance in selected cases or generally. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-European Privacy Shield agreement, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

**10.2 Use of Google AdWords conversion tracking**
This website uses the advertising program "Google AdWords" and within Google AdWords the Google LLC conversion tracking function, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We use the Google AdWords offer to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites through advertisements (so-called Google AdWords). We can evaluate the effectiveness of individual advertising activities based on campaign data. The goal is to display ads that may interest you,
and tailoring our website to your interests.
Google AdWords places a cookie on your computer if you reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If a user visits specific pages of our site and the cookie has not yet expired, both we and Google can recognize that the user clicked the ad and was redirected to that page.
Each AdWords customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked on AdWords customers' websites. Information obtained through conversion tracking cookies is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have chosen conversion tracking. AdWords customers receive information about the total number of users who clicked their ad and were redirected to a page with the conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that would allow identification of users. If you do not want to participate in this tracking, you can refuse cookie placement – for example, by setting your browser to automatically block cookies from the "googleadservices.com" domain or by using cookie settings at [https://www.google.de/settings/ads](https://www.google.de/settings/ads).

We use Google's remarketing feature to display ads related to the topic on Google websites and external sites after visiting our site. By using cookies, Google records user behavior on the site to later target them with appropriate ads.
As part of Google Ads, we also use the "Google Ads Conversion Tracking" feature, which allows us to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and create statistics about users who interacted with our ads. This helps us improve our ads and our services. Google Ads placed a cookie on your computer when you visited our website via a Google ad. Cookies are used to track activities and tailor ad content to the user's interests.
